  I was transferred from the1800 number to this God awful office, I first spoke with a woman who's voice sounded like she was from the Caribbean? She was ride wouldn't give me her name hung up on me among other things, I called back to speak with a manager who was rude as well telling me I should of gotten her name after I told her the lady didn't give it to me after asking several times and being hung up on. The managers tone her whole vibe was ride she didn't care and that's why she has staff who's unprofessional and not personable. Never again will I speak with this office again. Best office is downtown with Nina and Lucy! I was trsnfered to this one by accident!! The customer service sucks!!!!!!!
